Learn how to create balanced meals and why it matters, basic cooking techniques, how to interpret food labels and weed out marketing terms, exercise basics, keys to managing a healthy lifestyle, and set and achieve short- and long-term health goals in this 8-week program. Each module comes with helpful handouts for your reference, and "homework" for you to stay on track and accountable!
1. How long does it take to complete the program? The course is designed to be completed in 8 weeks. At the shortest, I recommend taking at least 7 weeks as Modules 1 and 2 could be completed together. For the rest I strongly recommend spending a week focusing on new short-term goals between each of the other modules!
2. What if I'm gluten-free? Vegetarian? Vegan? Dairy-free? No problem. You can choose to follow any of these dietary patterns without any issues meal planning.
